How It Works
Step 01
Apply
Submit a simple application for yourself or your student. Our team reviews every application personally.
Step 02
Intake Meeting
We schedule a one-on-one intake conversation to understand goals, challenges, and expectations.
Step 03
Program Enrollment
Students are enrolled in the 4-month curriculum and matched with a dedicated mentor.
Step 04
Graduate & Launch
Students complete the program, present their growth journey, and step forward with a clear plan.

- Committed to attending sessions
- Open to mentorship and feedback
- Available in-person (Treasure Valley) or remotely — virtual sessions available for any location
- Parent/guardian consent for minors
